The following walkthrough will assist you in configuring Microsoft Outlook for collecting email using the POP3 protocol. From the tools menu in Microsoft Outlook, select Email Accounts ... 
Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next >  Select POP3 and click Next >  Complete the information ... refer to the above example for hints. The Incoming/Outgoing mail servers require to be as in the example. The User Name and Password are your email address and associated password. Click More Settings ..  In the Outgoing Server tag .. make sure that the tick box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" Then click OK, and then Next >
